Marnam House is a community first. Please review our guest policies so you can settle in comfortably and enjoy a great hostel experience.

General House Rules

  • Keep noise low after 10:00 PM so everyone can rest and study.
  • Only registered residents may stay overnight in the rooms.
  • Visitors must sign in at the reception and leave by closing time.

Safety & Maintenance

  • Report any damage or repairs immediately so we can keep the property safe.
  • No smoking or open flames inside the building.
  • Secure your door and windows whenever you leave your room.

Payment & Booking

  • Semester fees must be paid on time to reserve your room.
  • Bring your own mattress and bedding — bed frames are provided.
  • Cancellations should be communicated at least 7 days before move-in.
